Warranty Terms:
We give one year warranty for main components in a electric vehicle including:
Steering system, brake system, drive system: motor, controller, lead acid battery, charger etc.
Two years warranty for chassis and lithium battery installed in a vehicle.
Damages caused from accidents or manual wrong operation will be excluded from warranty.
User manual:
Each electric vehicle shipped by us will be with user manual book or E-version. To guide you how to use the car.
After sales parts :
For distributor or dealer customers, we will send some useful free parts in the shipment/container per our experience, so you can use it conveniently when necessary. Such as key, switches, steering rack, brake cylinder…. Normally each 6 cars will have a set of free parts. 12 cars will have 2 sets. This is a most efficiency way to respond customers’ after-sales services.
In each bulk order, we also suggest you to order some parts, when defective happens, you can use them immediately. And we send free parts as supplementary in next shipment.
Maintenance:
The LSV are very low maintenance rate, what you need to do:
Check tires pressure every 6 months.
Check rear axle gear oil each 1 year.
Charge battery every 2 months if you park them and won’t drive car for long time. Keep battery surface clean no dust, no liquid..
