Packaging & Shipment Check

1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

Inspection Items:

Electrical components: motor, battery, controller Mechanical components: chassis, suspension

Inspection Methods:

Visual inspection, specification verification, sampling testing to confirm whether production equipment, key positions, material status, operating procedures, etc., meet the required standards.
Note: Production cannot proceed if any item fails to meet the requirements.
2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
Process control to prevent defects from flowing to the next process
3. Final Quality Control

QC Before Delivery

• Visual Inspection
• Tire Inspection
• Lighting and Functional Testing
• Road Test: Brake and Steering Performance, Driving and Hill-Climbing Capability
• Electrical System Check - Battery Testing
